Chef Mimi's passion for cooking led her to culinary school and prompted her to work with renowned chefs in Montreal. She then shared her love for cooking through "The Unsuccessful Cookbook" blog, where her recipes and stories captivated an enthusiastic audience.
In 2020, Chef Mimi decided to expand her brand. She began selling her delectable Double Milk cookies and offered private chef services.
